Job Description
1.Performing Face to face Counseling and career guidance
2.Courses for which counseling is to be done are: DevOps, Docker, BigData Hadoop, Redhat, Cisco, Networking, CCNA etc.
3.Resolving candidates queries relating to the courses
4.Effective follow up through Tele – Calling
5.Maintaining day to day report
6.Exceptionally good Communication Skills.
7.Good Team Player
8.Should be self-driven, confident and committed
9.Should be bold to handle mis-managed situations and immediate problem solver.
10.Should be a very good planner & a good listener.
11.Need to handle the walk-ins and the phone enquiries for converting to admissions
12.Coordinate with colleges Directors, TPOs & amp HODs for revenue generation.
13.Coordinate with companies for campus & off campus placements of students.
14.Good communication Skill & should be presentable
15. Manpower Planning & Management
16.Good knowledge of Data Management
17.Excellent Analytical & Logical Skills
18.Maintaining the Notice Board.
19.Responsible for initial recruitment process and maintaining office decorum
